Spa-N-A-Box Assembly

    Step One

  1. Slide corner pieces into grooves in wall panels
  2. Interlock each wall panel to each corner piece.
  3. The textured color should be facing outward.
  4. Slide last wall panel into place between corner pieces.

    Step Two

  1. Insert the padded foam floor pieces.
  2. Place the liner in the spa structure.
  3. Pull black vinyl portion of the liner over the top of spa structure.
  4. Snap each corner of vinyl onto corner piece of spa structure.

    Step Three

  1. Attach each fitting on power pack to each fitting on liner.
  2. Make sure o-ring and washer are in place. Hand tighten only.
  3. Wrap black vinyl cover piece around fittings between power pack and spa structure.

    Step Four

  1. Slip air loop onto top of power pack.



    Step Five

  1. Fit filters onto PVC inlets on liner. Cover top with cap pieces.
  2. Screw inlet nozzle into dedicated hole next to filters.

    Step Six

  1. Fill spa to approximately two inches above filter caps.


    Step Seven

  1. Turn temperature dial to max. Position (red) until spa has reached desired temperature.
  2. Max. temp = 104 degrees.
  3. Push Black Button on power pack to activate blower.

    Step Eight

  1. Enjoy!
